BODYBUILDING: A number of award-winning competitors have found a home at THE CASTLE. Whether you're trying to reach the next level of competition or just starting, you'll love our extensive equipment and driven atmosphere. Unlike at commercial gyms, our community is about respecting hard work and success, not egos. Regardless of whether you look big or lift big, or if you're just starting, you'll find members and staff here who genuinely want to see you achieve your best and make you feel part of the family.
POWERLIFTING & STRONGMAN: We are home to the best-equipped strongman and powerlifting training facilities in the DFW area. We have numerous specialty bars, lifting platforms, competition racks as well as kilo plates. For strongman we have a full-size loading platform, a conan's wheel, a wide range of sones, kegs, sandbags, logs, tires, farmer's carry, and any other heavy implement you could name, plus a car deadlift frame, towing harness and much more!
BOXING & MMA TRAINING: We have a boxing ring, MMA Cage and MMA School run by UFC Coach Steven Wright located inside THE CASTLE. We also have heavy bags, teardrop bags, heavy thai bags and specialized trainers who are experienced athletes and ready to help you reach your full potential in MMA or boxing.
